Traveling is one of the most glorious and inspiring gifts you can give to yourself and your family. It awakens the senses and opens your mind to new cultures, beautiful sights and delectable cuisines.

Traveling combines our lust for adventure with our natural curiosity as a people. As much as we love the novelty of these incredible experiences, it can be taxing on one’s health.

My passion and mission in life: To help you master your travel groove by fortifying your health- physical, mental and emotional.

To begin, I highly recommend packing a few extra items in your carry-on to ensure your well-being. These all-natural supplements will do wonders to help you combat and defend your body throughout the flight and travel expedition.

Oregano Oil

EXCELLENT for fighting a cold, flu, COVID. Anti-viral: kills everything! 1-2 drops or 2 capsules before a plane, bus or train ride.

Activated Charcoal

BEST defense for food poisoning, gas, and bloating. 2 capsules every 3 hours until symptoms are gone.

Ginger

POWERFUL against motion sickness, nausea, and digestive issues.

Moleskin

HIKER’S BEST FRIEND- Great for healing blisters.

Cayenne Pepper

BURNS a bit at first, but it will clot any wound and can even stop a heart attack.
